简易韩式碎牛肉碗

Ingredients
- 一磅瘦牛肉
- 5瓣蒜,碾碎
- 1汤匙刚磨碎的生姜
- 2茶匙香油
- 半杯低钠酱油
- 1/3杯浅红糖
- 1/4茶匙碾碎的红辣椒
- 6个葱,切碎,分开
- 4杯热煮糙米
- 1汤匙烤芝麻
Directions
